The Naul Heritage Community Council

We were delighted to welcome Minister for Heritage Darragh O'Brien TD and Councillor Cathal Boland to Three Gates Garden Centre today.

Firstly to celebrate the Naul winning of a National Heritage award and he was also presented with the Heritage audit of Naul Village which was funded by his department.

More excitedly for us here at the garden centre he also launched our entry for the adopt a monument programme. We are delighted to work with the department and the Naul Heritage Council to explore, preserve and possibly open this ancient burial ground that is on our grounds to the public. 

The Minister will kick this off for us with a full survey of the site by the Heritage Department.

All going to plan it will add to the heritage and history of the village as well as an other interesting dimension to a trip to the garden centre.
