Heavenly Blue' is a compact, upright shrub to 1m tall, with arching branches bearing toothed, grey-green leaves and clusters of small dark blue flowers in the leaf axils in late summer and early autumn.
This shrub is deciduous so it will lose all its leaves in autumn, then fresh new foliage appears again each spring.
